BABYMODE is an independent brand and online store operating from Australia. All products are sold subject to availability and acceptance of orders.

BABYMODE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products

All BABYMODE products are designed with intention and produced in limited quantities.

Due to the nature of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes, minor variations in colour, texture, hardware, or detailing may occur. These variations are not considered faults and are part of the character of the product.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

BABYMODE reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping unless explicitly stated.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. BABYMODE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only. BABYMODE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days same-state, 1-3 business days interstate, with potential next-day delivery in eligible metro areas.

Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days same-state, 3-6 business days interstate.

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, images, text, logos, graphics, and product concepts — is the intellectual property of BABYMODE.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BABYMODE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted under Australian Consumer Law.
