We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • personal preference

  • incorrect selection

  • no longer wanting the item

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact [your email] within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

  • a brief description

If the issue is confirmed, BABYMODE will offer:

  • a replacement, or

  • a repair, or

  • a refund (where applicable)

The remedy offered will depend on the nature of the fault.

 

Items Not Considered Faulty

The following are not considered faults:

  • minor colour or texture differences

  • natural wear over time

  • slight variations between batches

  • damage caused by misuse or improper care

 

Returns Process

Returns must be approved before sending items back.

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging unless the return relates to a confirmed fault.

 

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are final unless faulty.
